damage and loss, which result in freight claims. Our

with blocking and bracing, loading patterns, or packaging

It
has become obvious since the beginning of the transport
of goods; occasionally there will be loss or damage
to a manufacturer’s product, resulting in a
freight claim. In an effort to promptly resolve your
claim, it is important our customers adhere to Cornerstone
Systems’ procedures for notification of loss/damage
to their products. We regret any inconvenience you
may encounter when your products are lost or damaged
while in transit. With your cooperation, we can secure
the information needed to insure prompt resolution
of your freight claim.
