CORNERSTONE SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES PORTSMOUTH, VA APPOINTMENT

Memphis, TN, December 13, 2007 – Cornerstone Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Collis Bryant to the Old Dominion University Maritime Institute advisory board. Mr. Bryant, Transportation Manager for the firm’s Portsmouth, VA operation, joins a distinguished group of transportation and logistics professionals, university, and government representatives.

“Together, the council works to facilitate maritime focused information and foster business relationships among the port-related businesses and public administration communities” said Sara Russell, Maritime and Supply Chain Management Instructor for ODU.

Founded in 1994, the Maritime Institute provides world class maritime, ports and logistics management education, training and research to meet regional, national, and international needs.

Mr. Bryant’s long history of logistics and shipping knowledge should serve the institute well. “My family is four generations deep in the transportation business’ said Bryant. “At three years old, I was riding on my daddy’s truck”. Along with the 25 or so other advisory board members, Mr. Bryant will mentor students and work closely with the Business Administration school faculty to improve the Maritime Institute’s curriculum.
