CORNERSTONE SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Memphis, TN, July 21, 2010 - Cornerstone Systems Inc., a leading nationwide provider of solutions for transportation and logistics, is pleased to announce the return of Patrick J. Nieman as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Nieman originally joined Cornerstone in 1997 as Controller and was promoted to CFO in 2002.  He joined Del-Nat Tire Corporation in 2007 as Director of Finance, then Treasurer and CFO.  Prior to Cornerstone, Nieman was the Assistant Controller then Controller for MCS, Inc.

Mr. Nieman’s return is a welcome addition to the company.  “This is like a homecoming, being back with Cornerstone” said Nieman, who has big plans for the company.  “My goals include looking for ways to do the great things we do now, only better.  We can improve our efficiencies, work smarter, and be more productive.”
