Tim Clay is a seasoned industry veteran with a deep-rooted history in the company. He served as the Chief Financial Officer until being appointed as President in 2002, followed by his ascension to CEO in 2014.

A Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Clay brings a strong financial foundation to his role.

Beyond his business acumen, Clay is actively involved in the community. He serves on the board of Regional One Health Foundation and is a member of VISTAGE, a global CEO organization.
