Founded in 1997 by transportation expert Rick Rodell, Cornerstone Systems was born from a vision to create a better workplace for individuals he cared about. Officially incorporated in Tennessee on April 21, Rick started with just three employees, 5,000 sq. ft. of office space, and six cell phones.

Today, Cornerstone has transformed into an award-winning, employee-owned enterprise with offices nationwide. We proudly stand as a multi-million dollar leader in the transportation industry.
