Memphis, TN – April 3, 2025 – Cornerstone Systems today announced the retirement of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Pat Nieman, after a distinguished career. Simultaneously, the company is pleased to announce the promotion of Joseph Hulsey to the position of CFO/COO, effective immediately.
Pat Nieman’s retirement marks the end of an era. His leadership, integrity, and unwavering loyalty have been instrumental in shaping the company’s culture and success. “I can’t imagine going through this journey with anyone other than Pat,” said Tim Clay, CEO. “I am also happy to announce that Pat will be serving on our Board of Directors.”
Stepping into the CFO/COO role is Joseph Hulsey, who joined Cornerstone Systems in October 2020. “I would like to personally thank Pat for all he has done to build a strong foundation for Cornerstone and for the invaluable contributions he’s made to my career. I will miss seeing him in the office every day,” said Hulsey. “Looking ahead, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve Cornerstone, our employees, and our customers in this expanded role. I am excited to get started. My focus will be on placing the right people in the right positions to succeed, leveraging data to drive operational performance and informed decision-making, and ensuring our ESOP remains financially robust.
