Patrick J. Nieman rejoined Cornerstone Systems in July 2010 as CFO, and later added COO to his title in 2012. Previously, Mr. Nieman worked for Del-Nat Tire Corporation, a large private brand tire cooperative, initially as Director of Finance and subsequently promoted to Treasurer and CFO in May 2008. Prior to Del-Nat, Mr. Nieman worked first as Controller of Cornerstone Systems from May, 1997 until being promoted to CFO in October, 2002. Before joining Cornerstone, Mr. Nieman was the Assistant Controller for MCS, Inc. from 1990-1991 and then promoted to Controller, serving from 1991 to 1997.

A University of Memphis graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accountancy, Mr. Nieman successfully completed the CPA in 1991. He is a former member of FEI (Financial Executives Institute) and a current member of VISTAGE (an international association of Chief Executive Officers).
